Cancellations

Please call the school (325-8429) in the early morning or check the website for school cancellations due to snow. Please feel free to refrain from bringing your child if you deem the weather is too bad.

While school is in session, if you think the roads are getting bad, you are welcome to pick up your child at your discretion.

If school is cancelled in advance for any reason other than weather, you will be contacted at home as soon as is possible.

Snack

When it’s your turn to provide snack for class, please use the following guidelines.

You will receive notification in the mail or with your monthly bill when it’s your family’s turn to provide snack.

Please send the snack for your designated week on the first school day of that week. We have a refrigerator on the premises for storage of perishables. Snacks should be finger size and ready to serve (vegetables already cut, etc.). No drink is necessary as water is readily available to the children.

If you are scheduled for a date for which you will not be in town, please try to switch weeks with another family and notify the Director. The snack schedule is always posted on the school website.
